Four days a week, Jim Stormont works for the town of Boothbay Harbor, “walking & chalking” the parking spaces.

From time to time, a visitor will see him writing a ticket and say, “You must be the most unpopular guy in town.”

The other day, Stormont came across the car in the attached photo. “Not everyone hates me!” Stormont said.
