Childcare will be available, and you may register for care at the same time. Registration will open the week prior to each service on Mondays at 10 a.m. and close Fridays at noon. Registrations cannot be accepted before or after the registration period. If you wish to worship from home, you may watch live at www.congochurchbbh.org, Facebook, or tune into BRTV, channel 7 or 1301 for Spectrum subscribers.
During the season of Eastertide, we will explore a new worship series, The Spirit’s Fire. The season of Eastertide culminates in the wild imagery of the Holy Spirit appearing at the first Pentecost as tongues of fire that fills the disciples with power and sends them out to share the Good News. (Acts 2:1-21).
On May 30, we celebrate Trinity Sunday and the return of in-person worship. Join the Rev. Peter Ilgenfritz as he delivers his sermon, “What’s Our Opportunity to Be Born of the Spirit?” and explores John 3:1-17. “The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know whence it comes or whither it goes; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3: 8)
Send prayer joys and concerns to Prayer Chain Coordinator, Barbara Fritz at bfritz105@gmail.com; Note if you would like to have your prayer shared on Sunday during worship.
