The Boothbay Region Seahawks held Telstar to two second quarter points and went on to defeat the winless Rebels, 43-28, at Porter Memorial Gymnasium Tuesday, Jan. 14. The Seahawks improved to 9-2 and are currently seeded second in Class C South.

Glory Blethen led Boothbay with 21 points, followed by Chloe Arsenault with 12.

Luci Rothwell led Telstar (0-10) with 21 points. Calla Orina added five points.

The Seahawks are next scheduled to host Madison Thursday, Jan. 16.
