The Carrabec Cobras got their first win of the season at home on Wednesday, May 22, defeating the Boothbay Region Seahawks, 3-1.
The Seahawks had defeated Carrabec at BRHS the week before, 3-2.
Boothbay completes the regular season at 4-6 and, at press time, is ranked fifth in Class C South. Carrabec improved to 1-7, with two make-up matches to play.
Class C South tournament play is scheduled to begin May 28.

#2 singles: Liam Serafino (C) def. Henry Drapeau 10-4.
#3 singles: Brody Miller (C) def. Vincent Salzwedel 10-6.
#1 doubles: Cody Field (B) and Mason Erhard (B) def. Tom Crane and Adam Lawrence 10-3.
#2 doubles: both teams defaulted due to an insufficient number of players.
