Help needed in the Community Garden
The Community Garden located on the Rittall property in Boothbay is up and running.
Planting took place a few weeks ago, and now we need you! Do you need some exercise? Do you need a family project? Do you want to learn more about gardening? Do you want to partake in the harvest?
If you said yes to any of these questions then please come and help out. One hour a week — you pick the time. Weed a row, weed half a row — it doesn’t matter. Be a part of the greater good! All vegetables will go to the Food Pantry and to Food for Thought. Then, once the garden starts giving forth of its bounty you can reap the rewards of your hard work.
For more information go to the Boothbay Region Community Garden page on Facebook and like it or give Kriss a call at 207-633-7377.
The BRCRC is a 501(c) (3) charitable organization registered in the state of Maine.
