St. Andrews Auxiliary annual meeting, luncheon Oct. 16
The St. Andrews Auxiliary will hold its annual gathering at the St. Andrews Village dining room on Wednesday, Oct. 16 beginning at 11:30 a.m. Annual reports will be read and a contribution will be presented to LincolnHealth. New officer nominations will be brought to the membership for a vote and new committee chairs will be announced. Before closing, presiding president Irene Gerny will turn the meeting over to the newly elected president for 2019-2021.
Lunch will follow at 12:15 p.m. and the day will be capped off with a presentation by Dr. Robert Hunold, D.O., a primary care physician with LincolnHealth who is a board certified palliative care physician. Dr. Hunold will focus his talk on end-of-life care. Dr. Hunold will be followed with a brief performance by the Homeward Bound Choir, a group formed in 2016 and based in Lincoln County that provides musical comfort as part of hospice services offered when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments.
