The Southport Planning Board will be holding a public hearing to review the current draft of proposed changes to the Cluster Development section of the Southport Land Use Ordinance. The hearing will be held at the Southport Town Hall on Dec. 1 at 5 p.m.  Physical copies of the proposed amendments will be posted at the Southport Town Office, the Southport Memorial Library, and the Southport General Store. In addition, electronic copies of the amendment will be available for review and download on the Southport town website.

Members of the public who plan on attending the public hearing are reminded that masks are required of any attendees who are not fully vaccinated and that social distancing guidelines will be observed.
