The Seahawks boys basketball team earned win number 15 on Friday, January 31 with a hard-fought 67-61 victory over the Wolverines in Wiscasset.

Boothbay built a 37-26 halftime lead and then had to hold on as the host closed to within two points midway through the fourth quarter.

John Hepburn led the Seahawks with 22 points and Evan Hepburn added 17 points.

Wiscasset, who was led by Travis Padilla with a game-high 28 points, slipped to 9-8 with the loss.

Boothbay’s final regular season game is slated for Tuesday night, Feb. 4 as the Seahawks entertain Oak Hill on Senior night at Porter Memorial.
