The Seahawks picked up two more wins over the weekend to improve to 12-1 on the season.
On Saturday, January 18, the Seahawks found themselves in a game at Carrabec as the host Cobras only trailed by four at the break. But Boothbay exploded for 48 points in the second half and went on to win, 68-36. John Hepburn led the Seahawks with 21points with his brother Evan adding 13.
The night before, the Seahawks won by the exact same score in a contest with St.Dom’s at Porter Memorial. On Friday night, however, the Seahawks came out on fire as they scored on their first possession and built a quick 16-0 lead. The Hepburns again led the scoring with John pouring in 25 and Evan 16.
The Seahawks host Winthrop Monday night.
