The Boothbay Planning Board is scheduled to meet at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20 in the meeting room of the town office.

The board will review three applications: Erik Carlson at 33 Creek Lane seeks a use change from wood processing and manufacturing to firewood processing; William and Lisa Cloutier at 373 Barters Island Road, represented by Lauren Stockwell, has applied for construction of a sloped access ramp, pier, runway to a float parallel to shore and a skidway for hauling the float; and Ocean Point Colony Trust at 19 Park Street has applied to replace a casino structure, rebuild two tennis courts and replace a third with multi-sport play area and various site improvements.
