Lincoln County Sheriff's Office: 5 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 235 calls for service for the period of June 3 to June 10. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 5,706 calls for service.
Summonses
Shawn D. Day, 31, of Waldoboro was issued a summons June 4 for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, by Detective Matthew Ryan, who was assisted by Detective Justin Drake.
Shawn Toothaker, 58, of Wiscasset was issued a summons June 4 for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, by Detective Matthew Ryan, who was assisted by Detective Justin Drake.
Andrew T. Ripley, 38, of Bremen was issued a summons June 5 for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, by Detective Matthew Ryan, who was assisted by Detective Justin Drake.
Tabatha Quirrion, 37, of Whitefield was issued a summons June 6 for Violating Condition of Release, on Vigue Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Ben Allan Manley, 27, of Windsor was issued summonses June 7 for Driving to Endanger; Motor Vehicle Speeding: 30+ MPH over Speed Limit and Failing to Stop for an Officer, on Valley Road, Somerville, by Detective Jared Mitkus, on behalf of an investigation by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Arrests
Chantal M. Lecours-Beaulieu, 54, of Dresden was arrested June 4 for Domestic Violence Assault and Obstructing Report of a Crime, on Middle Road, Dresden, by Deputy Ethan Burns.
Alan Lee Kelley, 43, of Lewiston was arrested June 4 for Violating Condition of Release, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.
Kerri H. Ferrante, 51, of Nobleboro was arrested June 7 for Operating under the Influence, on Upper East Pond Road, Nobleboro, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Tamara R. Murphy, 43, of Dresden was arrested June 7 for Operating under the Influence – 2 priors, on Indian Road, Dresden, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Peter D. Hewson, 21, of West Boylston, Massachusetts was arrested June 8 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Rockland Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Accidents
On June 4, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Brittany M. Ciccketti, 34, of Pemaquid. Ms. Ciccketti was operating her 2025 Honda CR-V northbound when a deer entered the roadway going west to east, and was struck, causing damage to the front driver’s corner of his vehicle. Deputy Joseph Booth was the investigating officer.
On June 4, an accident occurred on North Hunts Meadow Road in Whitefield involving John J. Fleming, 20, of Pittston. Mr. Fleming was operating his 2015 Chevrolet Silverado northbound when he stated there was a deer in the roadway. Mr. Fleming traveled onto the soft shoulder of the right side of the road, where he then struck a CMP pole, breaking it in half and knocking lines down. His vehicle then overturned and landed on its roof. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
On June 6, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Kathryn K. Corbett, 25, of Rowley, Massachusetts. Ms. Corbett was operating her 2018 Subaru Forester eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle while entering a corner. Her vehicle continued over the center line, back into the eastbound lane, entered the ditch, where it continued down a steep embankment and rolled over into a creek. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
On June 7, an accident occurred on Augusta Road in Jefferson involving Lori Dishman, 56, of Bristol. Ms. Dishman was operating her 2020 Honda CR-V eastbound when she lost control and went off the roadway to the right, striking and knocking down a utility pole before continuing on and coming to rest on a large tree stump. Deputy Nathaniel Aronson was the investigating officer.
On June 8, an accident occurred on Townhouse Road in Whitefield involving Savannah A. Clark, 27, of Vassalboro. Ms. Clark was operating her 2022 Ford Bronco southbound when a deer ran out in front of her vehicle and was struck, causing front end damage. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
