The Boothbay Region High School Lady Seahawks basketball team improved to 16-1, with one regular season game remaining, with a 45-32 win at Hall-Dale on Thursday, Jan. 30.

The host Bulldogs hung around but Boothbay's strength under the basket proved too much for Hall-Dale.

Top scorers for Boothbay were Page Brown with 12 points, Morgan Crocker with 11 and Cagney O'Brien with 10.

Hall-Dale, which dropped to 9-6, was led by Dani Sweet with eight points.
