Boothbay Register graphic designer Make Marr spent countless hours building a miniature model of the Boothbay Register office for the 2013 Gingerbread Spectacular. Marr’s meticulous work won the “Largest” award at the event, held December 14 at the Opera House at Boothbay Harbor. 

For the sake of science, Marr let us test how strong his gingerbread house can be when subjected to multiple exothermic reactions. Watch the video to see our findings.
