Sara Kathleen Steines and Michael James Newstead, both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, are engaged to be married.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Susan and Charles Steines of Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

The groom-to-be is the son of Mary Lou and James Newstead of Boothbay.

Steines is the director of population health management and payment innovation at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. She is a 2000 graduate of Chagrin Falls High School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from the College of William and Mary. She earned a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University.

Newstead is a 2000 graduate of Geneva High School in Geneva, Illinois. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University. He is a manager at Chubb Specialty Insurance.

An Oct. 11, 2015 wedding is scheduled.
