Applicants: Gregory Jones and Julie Benso, 38 Spruce Dr., Applicants propose to construct a PT wood 4’ x 16’ access ramp, 4’ x 3’ access stairs, 6’ x 16’ pier, 3’ x 40’ aluminum or PT wood ramp, 10’ x 20’ PT wood float, and an 8’ x 40’ timber frame float haul out.

Applicant: River Tune, LLC (formerly, Ocean Song, Ltd.), 79 Tavenner Road, Applicant proposes to construct three PT wood temporary floats: one 12’ x 30’ float, and two each 12’ x 33’ floats, to support a temporary berth for the 180’ long SY Marie.

Applicants: Donald and Kathrine McFarland, 50 Hiawatha Trail, Applicants propose to construct a pile-supported pier system which includes a 5’ x 70’ wooden pier, a 3’ x 40’ seasonal, aluminum ramp, and a 16’ x 20’ seasonal, wooden float.
