Dear Editor:

Ken and I would like to express our support for Jennifer Ziegra for Boothbay selectman.

We know her both professionally and socially. Jen is a lifelong learner who is always trying to broaden her horizons.

We believe that she would be an asset to the community in the role of selectman. Jen has a science background, which keeps her interested in our natural resources, the environment, public health and education.

In the 15 years that we have known her, she has been a science and math tech at Southport School, she has been a classroom teacher at St. John's School in Brunswick, she has worked in our local hospitals as a nurse, and is now a health coach at Bath Iron Works.

We believe Jen would be a good listener and if needed would research before making any difficult decisions concerning our community.

Join us on May 1 in voting for Jennifer Ziegra for Boothbay selectman.
