When I was younger, due to my cerebral palsy, I didn’t do very well in foot races with my classmates. Now, however, I can keep up with my friends and instructors swimming in the YMCA pool.

Water is really the only element that evens out what I can do physically as it pertains to running and jogging. Plus it makes up for all the races when I came in last. Feeling like a mermaid.
