Tavenner Law Offices has relocated to 66 Townsend Avenue, Boothbay Harbor (next to the Opera House) after 16 years in the Boothbay Industrial Park. The practice specializes in estate planning, real estate and corporate work. Their son, Tom, will be available on a part-time basis with the long term goal of practicing here full time in five to 10 years. He is a graduate of the Boothbay Region High School, class of 1981, University of Maine at Orono, 1985, and Suffolk University Law School, 1993, and is licensed in both Maine and Massachusetts. His practice in Andover, Massachusetts concentrates on general real estate, corporate and estate planning, with primary focus in commercial and residential real estate, including financing, leasing and acquisitions, representing both owners and lenders.
