‘Summertime’ exhibition at River Arts

    River Arts in Damariscotta is inviting the public to view its most recent exhibition, “Summertime” juried by Bob Keyes, arts writer for the Portland Press Herald. Keyes selected 100 works including sculpture, photography, collage, painting, ceramics, fiber and fine craft – representational and abstract. The selection of work covers all media and there are some really nice pieces in this show.

    Local and regional artists selected for this River Arts show are: John Butke, Sharon Ryan - Boothbay; Mark Coates, Marda Annenberg - Boothbay Harbor; Polly Steadman, Frieda Hanlon, Dale Dapkin, Hannah Ineson, Sarah Fisher, Leilani Havens, Caroline Janover - Damariscotta; Annette Stormont - East Boothbay; John Lorence - Edgecomb; Helen Warner, Carolyn Wiley, Duane Lowe, Fran Gay, Elizabeth Palmer, Carolyn Gabbe - Nobleboro; Peter Felsenthal - Trevett; Frances Scannell - W. Boothbay Harbor; Jessica Lowell, Virginia Forrest - Wiscasset.
