Dear Editor:
I’m stunned that there was not one comment or concerned citizen response regarding sewer district public notice request in the April 30 edition of the paper (for dumping 640,000 gallons per day of secondary treated effluent in Atlantic Ocean, Boothbay Harbor)!
Let’s wake up, folks!
