The January 2021 meeting of the Southport Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 6 at 5:15 p.m. Because of the current restrictions on the size of public meetings and the space available, the meeting will be held via Zoom with no "in person" public access available. As always, the public is welcome to attend. Please contact Chairman Skip Simonds via email (skipsimonds@mac.com) to request the login information for the meeting. Interested members of the public will need to have an internet connection, preferably broadband, and a device capable of supporting a Zoom meeting.

3. Building Application for the Stewart Family, 160 Capitol Island Road, Map #19, Lot #52 - replacement of an existing building, removing it from the 75’ setback and reducing other setback non-conformance.

4. A presentation by the Stillman Group regarding potential plans for the lot currently occupied by the Ship Ahoy Motel, Maps 21 & 22, Lots 12 & 13. No action will be taken by the board at this meeting. This will be an information only presentation.
