Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Siegl, of Pembine, Wisconsin, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dara Siegl, to Matthew Carter, son of the late Mr. Ralph Carter and Mrs. Mildred Carter, of East Boothbay Harbor, Maine.

The bride-to-be studied at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and is a special ed teacher for the Yarmouth School District in Yarmouth Maine, where she currently resides. She is the owner of Mini Yoga, children’s yoga studio.

The groom-to-be was a former gunners mate third class in the U.S. Navy and is currently working as a commercial fisherman in Boothbay Harbor, Maine.

The couple enjoys running together and spending time on the water. A spring 2019 wedding is planned.
