Sen. Cameron Reny wins reelection to Maine Senate
Sen. Cameron Reny has won reelection to the Maine Senate, securing another term representing Senate District 13, which includes most of Lincoln County and the towns of Washington and Windsor.
“I am so grateful to my community for once again entrusting me to be our voice in Augusta,” said Sen. Reny. “This is my home — it’s where I grew up and where I’m raising my family. Our way of life is special, and I promise to work hard to build a state where our kids and grandkids can thrive.”
First elected to the Maine Senate in 2022, Sen. Reny serves on the Appropriations and Financial Affairs Committee and the Marine Resources Committee. During her first term, she served as Senate chair of the Marine Resources Committee and as a member of the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee. In the Legislature, she has supported legislation to rein in prescription drug prices, protect access to health care services, and improve access to quality, affordable childcare.
Sen. Reny is an educator and school counselor and lives in Round Pond with her husband, Adam, and their two sons.
The 133rd Maine Legislature will be sworn in Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2026.
