The Boothbay Region Seahawks kept their unbeaten record (17-0) intact with an easy 64-29 win at home over the Lisbon Greyhounds Friday night, Feb. 1.
Leading all scorers was Glory Blethen with 20 points, followed by Faith Blethen with 17. Ashley Abbott added 13 for the Seahawks.
Charlee Cox led Lisbon with 16 points.
It was Senior Night at BRHS and the four seniors, Faith Blethen, Ashley Abbott, Alexis Davison and Madison Barter, started with sophomore Glory Blethen. The seniors’ careers were briefly recalled in a pregame ceremony, before they presented carnations to their parents sitting in the stands.
The top-seeded Seahawks will complete the regular season on Tuesday when they travel to Bethel to face Telstar (3-14).
