Seahawks to face Oak Hill in MVC championship Feb. 9

The undefeated Boothbay Region High School girls basketball team (18-0) will play the Oak Hill Raiders in the annual Mountain Valley Conference championship game on Saturday, Feb. 9 at Lewiston High School.
The game will start at 2:30 p.m., following the boys championship game at 1 p.m., which will feature Winthrop vs. either Hall-Dale or Mountain Valley. Doors will open at noon. Admission will be $5 for adults and $3 for students and seniors.
Boothbay defeated Oak Hill, 39-30, at home in the only regular season meeting between the teams.
