Seahawks dominate Roadrunners

The Boothbay Region High School girls basketball team improved to 16-0 with a 72-32 win at Mt. Abram Thursday, Jan. 31.
Senior co-captain Faith Blethen hit four 3-pointers and led all scorers with 28 points. Her sophomore sister, Glory, scored 15 points and senior co-captain Ashley Abbott added nine.
Kaylee Knight led the Roadrunners (5-11) with 11 points.
Boothbay will host Lisbon tonight, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. Seniors Blethen, Abbott, Madison Barter and Alexis Davison will be honored before their last home game.
