Rotary’s ‘Hometown Heroes’ event September 12

The Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club’s 11th annual Hometown Heroes barbecue will be held Thursday, Sept. 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, Industrial Park Road, Boothbay.
The barbecue, with all the fixings, will be served free to all our heroes and their familes.
Live music will be provided by Tim Sprague and friends and there will be a brief demonstration by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office’s K-9 unit.
