Summer sun, sailing, kayaking and hiking along Maine’s coast and now with fall approaching it is the perfect time to pamper yourself and to freshen up your look. On August 20 at 1 p.m. at Spectrum Generations Knox Community Center, 61 Park Street in Rockland or on August 21 at 9 a.m. at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main Street in Damariscotta join us for a summer “rap” party.

This is your opportunity to experience one of the newest beautification sensations wrapping across the nation long with a way to shed inches in just 45 minutes. With a roll of plastic wrap in hand, your favorite Mary Kay lady Deborah Walder will apply a mixture of lotions to your upper arms and then wrap away.

Just for fun, while participants’ wraps are diminishing the visible appearance of unwanted cellulite, Deborah will offer a few simple foot and hand massages as well as facial demonstrations. Bring a friend or family member and come to the Knox or Coastal Centers for a bit of pampering, fun, sociability, and a laugh or two on August 20 or 21.
