The Boothbay Region High School boys tennis team lost at home Monday, 3-2, to the Spruce Mountain Phoenix.

The match was played at the Boothbay Region YMCA due to rain. It was the final home match of the 2019 season and for the Seahawks’ only senior, Henry Drapeau.

Boothbay fell to 4-5 on the season and Spruce Mountain improved to 4-4.

The Seahawks’ final regular season match is tomorrow at Carrabec (0-6). Boothbay is currently in fourth place in the Class C South standings. Tournament information will be announced later this week.
