MCBA summer picnic ends with a bang
Maine Contractors and Building Alliance (MCBA) this year was loaded with great food including everything from shrimp kabob, chicken burgers and hot dogs salads and much more. There was member and their families came to enjoy the festivities. After much food a tour of the auto museum was commenced upon with vehicle from every decade. The finally came with fireworks & a drive-in movie in Newcastle, Maine. This great event was hosted by past president Charlie Huntington and co-hosted the by president Chip Davison this past week. Charlie is owner of I& R insulation and Chip owner of Davison Construction.
The Maine Contractors and Building Alliance exist to support and promote excellence in the residential building trade hear in Maine by educating it members on ethic, public safety as well as code updates. We help insure client's get the safe reliable building contractor hear in Maine. The group is comprised of builders, elections, plumbers, insulators and all the affiliate trades from designers to those who provide the materials and support for the construction industry such as specialty in insurance and bookkeeping to insure our members have all the support they need so they can focus on the task of designing and building home in Maine.
As well as educating our members in all facets of the building industry we reach out and help our local communities with donations to programs such as Big Brothers and Sister Programs as well as working with community leader to build affordable home. We appreciate our communities when they trust our members to build and renovate their project so in turn we enjoying giving back to our community.
