The Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library has just kicked off its Annual Appeal for 2013-2014, and we are thrilled to be asked to chair this year’s campaign. Please look for our recent mailing asking for your help, and consider returning the envelope insert with your gift. Any gift, large or small, is appreciated.

It’s great to know that the Library continues to offer so much for anyone who visits in person or online. Our services include access to most any book you want via interlibrary loan, public computers and wireless printing capability, access to thousands of free e-books and audiobooks, and wonderful programming for both adults and children. With your help, the library can continue its vital role in the Boothbay region community. Please consider a contribution this year for this great local institution.

We also want to express our support for the library’s renovation and expansion efforts beginning next month. The expansion will update the library’s existing space and add additional space on the second floor. This improvement will offer the community a beautifully improved library, making its services an even more essential part of the community’s identity.
