Dear Editor:

I called the Boothbay Public Works department head Mr. Alley on Thursday of this week (Aug. 27) to report a broken and dangerous sewer main cover. Mr. Alley assured me he would come out to Ocean Point to take a look at the problem. Today, Friday (Aug. 28), one day later, a brand new sound and secure sewer grate is in place.
