Young working adults, high seniors and juniors are invited to attend a free series of four “Money Smart for Young Adults” classes at The Community Center, Meadow Mall, Boothbay Harbor in April. Food (free pizza) will be included.

Sarah Winchenbach and Linda Anderson from Bath Savings will conduct the classes, which will be held Wednesdays, April 3, 10, 17 and 24, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Money Smart for Young Adults is a program created by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Topics covered in the classes will include: how to maintain a checking account; setting financial goals; and the basics of borrowing money.
