The Mountain Valley Falcons edged the Boothbay Region Seahawks, 4-3, at Perkins Field in field hockey on Saturday, Oct. 5.

The win improved the Falcons’ record to 9-2 while Boothbay fell to 5-6.

Boothbay held a second half lead of 3-2 before a goal by Autumn Freeman tied the game. Rylee Sevigny got the eventual winning goal.

Chloe Arsenault scored two goals for Boothbay and Cortney Meader scored one. Goalie Jaelyn Crocker had 20 saves for the Seahawks.
