Election and town meeting

Dear Editor:
Congratulations to the winners of last Friday's town elections, as well as those other folks who made the effort but didn't finish on top. A kudos as well for all who showed up for Saturday's town meeting. It was a poor turnout but it showed that some people still value participatory democracy.
