Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor virtual services

Wed, 07/15/2020 - 7:45am

Please join the Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor for live worship Sundays at 10 a.m. You can join us at www.congochurchbbh.orgFacebook, or tune into BRTV, channel 1301 for Spectrum subscribers. This July and August we will be focused on the Exodus journey to the Promised Land. The story of this interim pilgrimage has wisdom to offer all of us in this “liminal” time we are in as church, nation, and world community. The story of the 40-year exodus in the wilderness provides the Biblical context for sharing stories of pilgrimage – journeys that have made and remade us.

This week interim Pastor Peter Ilgenfritz will explore Exodus 1-4. His sermon is titled, “Saying Yes to the Journey.”

Send prayer joys and concerns to Prayer Chain Coordinator, Barbara Fritz at bfritz105@gmail.com Note if you would like to have your prayer shared on Sunday during worship.

Sunday School families are reminded there will be a new Craft Packet available in the Sunday School room every Monday. If you have questions about how to make the craft please check out the private Facebook page to find a live video with instructions.

You may submit your offerings online at www.congochurchbbh.org, or mail to: Congo Church BBH, P.O. Box 468, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04537.
