Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor virtual services

Thu, 06/25/2020 - 8:15am

Please join the Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor for live worship Sundays at 10 a.m. You can join us at www.congochurchbbh.org, Facebook, or tune into BRTV, channel 1301 for Spectrum subscribers. There have been some complications the past two Sundays with channel 1301, if you are having trouble viewing the service please follow the Facebook link to watch LIVE. The Facebook LIVE platform seems to be working well. Interim Pastor, Rev. Peter Ilgenfritz shares his new Season After Pentecost sermon series, Planting Hope, Growing Love. In this challenging season it is a good time for lifting up stories of hope and encouragement. An important time to remember how God is here with us now in the suffering, pain, dislocation, and anxiety of these days and opening us up to new and more expansive ways to be.

This week he'll explore 2 Corinthians 6:1-13 and Widening Our Welcome as we celebrate eight years of being an Open and Affirming church.

Send prayer joys and concerns to Prayer Chain Coordinator, Barbara Fritz at bfritz105@gmail.com Note if you would like to have your prayer shared on Sunday during worship.

Sunday School families are reminded there will be a new Craft Packet available in the Sunday School room every Monday. If you have questions about how to make the craft please check out the private Facebook page to find a live video with instructions.

You may submit your offerings online at www.congochurchbbh.org, or mail to Congo Church BBH, P.O. Box 468, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04537.

There will no virtual coffee hour this week.
