It’s that time of year! The Community Tree of Giving is a collaborative effort between the Boothbay Region YMCA, local schools, churches, town offices, and BRCRC’s Community Navigator. Applications for families in need of gifts this holiday season are now available at the organizations listed above. The simple, confidential application form should be returned to the Y by Nov. 29.

For those community members looking to give back and brighten local children’s holidays, gift tags will be available Dec. 3-14 at the Y and other locations within the community. Community members and groups are invited to stop by the Y, choose tags off the tree, purchase the requested items, wrap them, and return them with the original tags to the Y by Dec. 14.
