Changing landscape at Griffin Law Offices
The landscape is changing at Griffin Law Offices, both inside and outside. Employees Anne Mosher, Sandy Paxson, and Toni Lowery took advantage of the nice weather Monday, Oct. 3 to replace the old overgrown bushes out front with day lilies, hostas, and other perennials, as well as reseeding the front lawn.
Chip, Anne and Sandy are all so pleased to have Toni with us, who joined the firm in July and is now our office manager and paralegal. Toni brings prior experience in both overseeing office administration and as a legal assistant and paralegal. Toni had previously worked for several law firms from 1987 until 2000, the most recent being Troubh Heisler & Piampiano in Portland. Since then, Toni worked as a certified optician for 14 years, had her own business, Harbor Optical, here in town, and also worked at a local funeral home. Toni is a Maine native, originally from Oxford. She is the youngest of nine children, and was lucky enough to grow up in a country setting which resulted in a great appreciation of the outdoors and gardening in particular. Toni moved to Boothbay in 2000, and shares a home with her husband, Rodney, and their "furry four-legged kids," Maggie, Luci, and Penny.
