BRES cross country results
The Boothbay Region Middle School cross country team finished their season strong at the Busline League championship meet Thursday, Oct. 16 at Medomak.
The girls team took third place against 11 scoring teams. Six BRMS girls placed in the top 25 out of 115 runners.
Leading the Wildcats was 6th place finisher Polly Nadeau-Miller with a time of 14:15. Other girls results were: Jimiah Stetson, 11th, 15:49; Cora Robinson, 14th, 16:07; Emma Scott, 24th, 16:52; Jillian Higgins, 25th, 17:00; Annalise Gapski, 40th, 18:46 and Hattie Tomko, 73rd, 21:26.
The girls team placed third with 78 points behind Camden (44 points) and Lincolnville (64 points) and a 16:01 minute average.
Kameron Fowlie represented BRES as our one and only boy, placing 59th with a time of 16:54.
The Wildcats had a great season and would like to thank their parents, friends and families for the love and support.
