The Boothbay Region Seahawks rolled to a 72-47 win at home over the Carrabec Cobras Monday, Jan. 13. The win gave Boothbay, seeded second in Class C South, a 9-2 record. The Cobras dropped to 1-11.
Boothbay led 21-8 after the first quarter and 39-21 at the half.
Coach I.J. Pinkham used his entire squad and all 12 players scored. Scoring in double figures were Sullivan Rice with 13 (including three 3-pointers), Hunter Crocker with 12 and Ben Pearce with 11.
Luke Carey led Carrabec with 23 points.
Boothbay is scheduled to play at Oak Hill on Wednesday, Jan. 15. The Class B Raiders are 4-6.
