Boothbay selectmen reappointed municipal officials during the June 28 board meeting. Selectmen reappointed Hillary Hyson as addressing officer for one year, plus one planning and three board of appeals members for three year terms. Selectmen reappointed planning board member Sam Morris who was appointed earlier this year filling an unexpired term. Selectmen did not appoint anyone to Alan Bellows’ expired term. He was the planning board’s chairman for several years, but notified town officials he didn’t want another reappointment.

Selectmen also reappointed Martin Page, David Steinmetz and James Tonon as board of appeals members.

Selectmen tabled appointing a board chairman and vice chairman due to Chuck Cunningham’s absence. Cunningham is the current board chairman and Steve Lewis is the vice chairman.
