Boothbay Harbor votes
Tue, 11/08/2016 - 12:30pm
Boothbay Harbor voters were ready to cast their ballots when the polls opened at 8 a.m. in the firehouse on Howard Street.
Eight residents at a time voted their choice for president, state and federal senators and representatives and local board positions.
This Election Day marked the first time in U.S. history that a woman representing a major party was on the ballot for the highest office of our country and the first time voters were asked to decide if recreational marijuana should be legalized for those over 21.
