Boothbay Harbor police make 3 OUI arrests

    Boothbay Harbor Police Department made four arrests between June 29 and July 20.

    On July 2, Sgt. Patrick Higgins arrested Mark DiPhillippo, 53, of Biddeford for operating under the influence.

    On July 8, Sgt. Higgins arrested Mathew Tilton, 29, of Boothbay Harbor for operating under the influence.

    On July 10, Officer Larry Brown arrested Markus Russell, 19, of Boothbay Harbor for domestic violence stalking.

    On July 11, Officer John Braley arrested Eric Brown, 57, of Lunenburg, Massachusetts for operating under the influence.
