Adult Ed fall brochure is now available
Boothbay Region Adult Ed’s fall classes begin October 15 so be sure to pick up a copy at any of the following locations: Hannaford, YMCA, Video Loft, Memorial Library, Southport Library, town offices, or any of the four schools. Starting next week you can view the brochure online at our website: www.boothbayae.org and also print out a registration form.
As you view our brochure we hope you find a class that interests you. This fall, Adult Ed is offering several new classes including cooking, crafts, computer and local history. Be sure to sign up early so you don’t miss out on the class you want to take.
The Adult Ed Learning Center for GED Prep and academic help will begin next week. The Learning Center is open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. We urge anyone who has begun GED testing to finish by December before the test becomes more difficult to pass. Anyone who has not begun GED testing still has time to complete all five subject tests.
Did you know Boothbay Region Adult Ed also offers over 300 online courses in a variety of subjects you can take on your home computer? You can find a complete listing with descriptions of the Ed2Go courses through our website by clicking the online course link. You can register online through Ed2Go with a credit card, or mail your payment directly to our office.
