Set for Success

For several years, Boothbay Region Community Resources has implemented the Set for Success program, which helps supply over 300 elementary school children with back to school supplies. Everything from back packs to pencils is given to each student to make sure they start off the school year on the right foot.

Although the program doesn’t start until the end of August, they can accept supplies all year long. They will need 330 backpacks to hand out, so if anyone is out shopping and can buy one or two they would be greatly appreciated. Monetary donations work as well. Supplies can be dropped off at the Congregational Church or mailed to BRCR/Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor, P.O. Box 468, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538.
