Using holistic nutrition and exercise to build strong bones

Come hear a fun, uplifting talk that will give you practical tips for building strong bones.

The lecture takes place on April 1 from 1-2 p.m. at Crow Point Yoga, 24 West Street, in Boothbay Harbor.

The speaker is Dianne Daniels, an exercise physiologist and author of "Exercises for Osteoporosis." She will interweave holistic nutrition, strength training, and yoga in her presentation.

Individuals who are students at Crow Point Yoga may use one of their sessions from a 10-class card to pay the fee for the talk.
