The Mid Coast Hospital Auxiliary holiday bazaar and wreath sale is scheduled for Dec. 1, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mid Coast Hospital Café and Conference Rooms, 123 Medical Center Drive in Brunswick. All proceeds from the event benefit essential hospital projects.

More than 100 arrangements of coastal Maine greens, seashells, pine cones, and other natural materials gathered from the woods, fields, and shore of the Midcoast are created by the Mid Coast Hospital Auxiliary volunteers and sold at the one-day event. Christmas treasures and special items decorated for the holidays will be available, including wreaths, lighted boxwood trees, decorated antique sleds, wooden skis, oars, and snow shoes.

Breakfast and featured lunch specials will be available for purchase. Traditional homemade baked goods, as well as plates of assorted cookies, fudge, and candy packaged for gift giving will also be sold.

Accompanying the holiday bazaar is the Mid Coast Hospital Auxiliary Annual Wreath Sale. Again this year, the 24”, double-sided, Forest Cone and Coastal Seashell wreaths, decorated with a red bow will be available for $30 each. Plain wreaths with red bows are $12 and without bows, $10. Wreath orders may be placed in advance by calling (207) 373-6020 or visiting the Mid Coast Hospital Information Desk by Nov. 30.
