A 30th reunion for the Boothbay Region High School class of 1986 is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 6.

Festivities begin at noon in Barrett’s Park on Lobster Cove Road for a picnic lunch.

That evening everyone will gather at the Boothbay Lobster Wharf at 5 for dinner with everyone buying their own eats.

Class of ‘86 grad Heidi Greene lives in Virginia and is the contact person for the reunion. Greene says about half the class of 55 graduates are still in the Boothbay region while others are in Seattle, California, Georgia, Florida and, she suspects, a few other places.

Kids? Grandkids? Bring ‘em along.

So mark your calendars for another fun reunion.
