Holiday shopping at the Festival of Trees

Tue, 11/08/2016 - 7:15am

Please join the Boothbay Region Garden Club in celebrating this most merry of seasons. Our theme this year is “Home for the Holidays.” There will be several shops offering holiday-themed goods to adorn your home. The accompanying photo is just an enticing sample of what you can expect to experience at our shops.

The “Nature’s Corner” shop merchandise features all things from nature, such as edible bird houses, pine cone trees, handmade wreaths and ornaments, and many items decorated with seashells from our own beautiful seashore. Club members have been very busy creating these lovely handmade items which are sure to delight.

The “Little Trees” shop will offer the perfect table top tree for your kitchen counter, dining table, buffet or any special corner of your home. These charming little handmade trees make an ideal gift for that special someone on your list.

Be sure to share in the joy of the season at the Festival of Trees located at the historic Boothbay Harbor Opera House on Friday, Dec. 2, 1 to 5 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 3, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 4, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
